Spore Forming Lactic Acid Bacteria is lactic acid bacteria enveloped with a protective layer to ensure they reach intestines alive and are more effective in supporting gut health.
Oligosaccharide, food for lactic acid bacteria is included to feed lactic acid bacteria in the intestines. and support multiplication of good bacteria in the gut.

When lactic acid bacteria enter the mouth, they are enveloped with ‘shell’ likened to egg shell. Thus, they are not destroyed by stomach acids.

When they reache the intestines, the ‘shell’ is broken and releases live lactic acid bacteria in the gut.

We take great care in selecting the soil, which determines the strength of the kale, and take great care in preparing it.
③ OUTDOOR CULTIVATION, WHERE CROPS GROW UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF NATURE

From planting the seedlings to harvesting, all the produce is grown outdoors, without the use of pesticides.
Kale is grown by removing insects from each piece of kale by hand to prevent insects from attaching to the kale, and by spreading compost made with a nearby dairy farmer in the field.
④ STRICT PESTICIDE RESIDUE TESTING

As there is a risk of the kale being affected by drifting pesticides from nearby areas, we conduct pesticide residue tests. If drifting pesticides are detected, harvesting is halted from the entire field, and all the kale is removed and discarded.
